The Everyday Loaf is made with the same 50/50 blend as the Sandwich Loaf. 50% organic fresh milled hard white and 50% organic unbleached and unenriched white flour (grocery store).
This loaf is aptly named for its multi-purpose nature. It has the versatility of the sandwich loaf but in the more traditional style artisan shape for that picture perfect avocado toast.
Ingredients: Filtered water, Fresh milled hard white wheat flour*, Unenriched, unbleached white flour*, Fresh milled sourdough starter* (Fresh milled hard white wheat*, Filtered water), Salt.

Orders open Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm and are open until Thursday at 5:00pm.
All orders are ready for pick-up the following Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm.
