Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are generally final.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders not picked up

  • Minor decoration variations

  • Flavor preferences

  • Damage caused after pickup or delivery

  • Incorrect storage by the customer

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Once a subscription payment has processed, that cycle is generally non-refundable.

Cottage Food Disclaimer

The Linen Rose Bakehouse operates as a home-based cottage food business in accordance with applicable Massachusetts cottage food laws and regulations.

Products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine public health inspection.

Our kitchen may process the FDA-recognized major food allergens (Big 9), including:

  • Crustacean shellfish
