I fresh mill most (over 90%) of the flour used in the bakery and source only organic, non-GMO, grass-fed grass finished, pasture raised ingredients. My prices aren’t much different than the average because I’d rather take a haircut on profits and be able to provide quality to as many people as possible.

Wheat Berries: Farmers Store House

Baked goods items: Whole Foods or Azure Standard

Legally, only USDA-certified organic operations can use the word "organic". However, I use only certified organic products, wheat berries from Farmers Storehouse that never use antibiotics, hormones, steroids, vaccines, or GMOs, stainless steel carbon filtered water and lead tested salt but I’m not yet certified organic.

Order pick-up is on Saturday mornings 9am-1pm out of the bread shed at the top of the driveway.

Orders for the following week open Saturday 4:00pm and close on Wednesday afternoon 5:00pm.

While the order window is open, orders can be placed as normal. Add to cart and checkout.

While the order window is closed, items will appear sold out and you’ll be unable to add them to cart.
