Weekly Drops
Our bakery operates on a weekly pre-order or subscription basis. Orders open Saturday night at 4:00pm and are open until Wednesday at 5:00pm. All orders are ready for pick-up the following Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm.

Pre-order example schedule:
Saturday April 4th 4:00pm pre-orders open.
Wednesday April 8th 5:00pm pre-orders close.
Saturday April 11th 9:00am-1:00pm orders are available for bread shed pickup.

There is a limited amount of same day items available for purchase. These items include pre-mixed waffle/pancake mix, pre-mixed biscuit mix, and other non-baked items like jelly/jams, or local honey. Inventory for these items isn’t always guaranteed but if there’s something you’re looking to have as a weekly grocery staple, please let us know and we’ll prioritize it best we can.

You may notice a section in the bread shed that says, “pay what you can”.
This section is stocked twice a week, once on Wednesdays and again on Saturdays. There is no pre-order available for these loafs nor is there payment required. It’s there for those that are experiencing job loss, food scarcity, and/or financial difficulties. Take something for yourself or for someone who may need it.
As someone who grew up with limited means, I know the powerful impact of small gestures. We intend to grow this section beyond just bread as time goes on. The goal is to have a place for anyone to come and grab some fresh bread (soon to be other items) and know they have a place that will quietly support them during a difficult time.

Signature Baked Goods
The Artisan Loaf is made with 100% organic fresh-milled hard white wheat flour.
When you mill wheat berries fresh, something magical happens — you get this incredibly warm, oaty, and nutty flavor that’s hard to describe until you’ve tasted it.
This is a true whole wheat bread but holds zero similarities to the “whole wheat” loaves that come from the grocery store. Instead, it’s soft in texture, pleasantly dense, and packed with rich, natural flavor along with a ton of vitamins and minerals that are removed from grocery store bread to keep it shelf stable (bran and germ). Friends and family tell me it’s the first whole wheat bread they’ve actually enjoyed eating.
Ingredients: Filtered water, Fresh milled hard white wheat flour*, Fresh milled sourdough starter* (Fresh milled hard white wheat*, Filtered water), Salt.
The Sandwich Loaf is made with a blend of 50% organic fresh milled hard white wheat and 50% organic unbleached and unenriched white flour (grocery store).
This in my opinion is the best of both worlds. You still get that oaty nutty flavor from the fresh milled flour although more subtle, but you also get the more traditional sourdough crumb that all-purpose flour gives; delivered in a convenient sandwich loaf for sandwiches or a great grilled cheese (or in my house they’re called “girl cheese”.
This is the work horse of the bakery. School lunches, weekend paninis, or those Sunday morning egg sandwiches. This loaf has you covered.

The Everyday Loaf is made with the same 50/50 blend as the Sandwich Loaf. 50% organic fresh milled hard white and 50% organic unbleached and unenriched white flour (grocery store).
This loaf is aptly named for its multi-purpose nature. It has the versatility of the sandwich loaf but in the more traditional style artisan shape for that picture perfect avocado toast.
Ingredients: Filtered water, Fresh milled hard white wheat flour*, Unenriched, unbleached white flour*, Fresh milled sourdough starter* (Fresh milled hard white wheat*, Filtered water), Salt.
All of our ingredients are organic, grass fed/grass finished, fresh milled, Berkey filtered and/or pasture raised. We’re passionate about using ingredients that aren’t modified, contaminated, or fed foods nature didn’t intend them to eat. We also only use stainless steel, glass, wood, stone, linen or unbleached parchment paper while baking. No plastic.
* The only material currently in question is the simply bread oven reusable silicone parchment paper mat. They were unable to determine if the silicone is sourced from petrochemical polymers or sand. TBD
